We greatly appreciate your punctuality so that all guest can be accommodated.  We understand that circumstances may arise that impact your arrival and we will do everything possible to accommodate you.  However, in some cases it may be necessary to shorten or reschedule your services.  Thank you for understanding.

Last minute cancellations are costly to our staff and other guests.  As a courtesy, please give us at least a 4 hour notice if you must cancel or reschedule.

Communication with you is very important to us.  If you have any questions, comments, or suggestions, please feel free to let us know.  We value your patronage.

To guarantee availability of your next appointment, it is recommended that you reserve your next visit prior to leaving the salon.
